We invest in safety leadership on an annual basis with foreman and above receiving 30 hours of additional leadership training above and beyond skills training. We concentrate on “Moments of High Influence”, Lead by Example, Correcting Unsafe Behaviors, and Recognizing and Reinforcing Safety Behavior.
